Introducing BidX Intelligence

Written by Max Hofmann | Tue, Aug 18, '26

BidX Intelligence is live in BidX as of this morning. This post is the practical version: what's new, what hasn't changed, and what you need to do.

What's New:

Daily Brief

Your account is reviewed overnight and you get a written brief in the morning - what changed, why, and what it was worth. It covers the campaign manager, search terms, budgets, keyword coverage and competitor movement. Items are ranked by value rather than by size of movement, and every line links to the campaign, keyword or ASIN behind it.

Chat

Ask your account questions in your own words and get answers from your own history. This includes questions about BidX itself - "Why did Total ACOS get worse this month even though ACOS improved?" is now a question with a real answer, because BidX Intelligence can see what our automation did and why.

Agents You Can Inspect

The work is split across specialists - a Keyword Researcher hunting coverage gaps, a Paid Search Specialist auditing structure, a Programmatic specialist watching DSP pacing, and a CRO deciding what deserves your attention. You can see what each one did and how long it spent.

MCP: Connect BidX to Claude and ChatGPT

MCP is the protocol that lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT pull live data from outside apps instead of working off what you type into them. Connect your account to any MCP client and query your ads, sales, search-query performance and market data in plain language. Under a minute to set up, read-only by design at the beginning, scoped to the advertising profiles your BidX account already sees. Docs are here: https://www.bidx.io/blog/intro-bidx-mcp.

A Refreshed Interface

Parts of the app look different. This is our new design now in the platform too - nothing your team depends on has moved, and nothing client-facing has changed.

What Hasn't Changed:

Your Automation

Your rules, bid strategies, budgets and campaign structure are exactly as you left them. BidX Intelligence does not touch them for now.

This release is read-only: it reads, analyses and recommends. Every change remains your call, or your existing BidX automation's. Acting on approved recommendations arrives in September.

Upgrading from Discover

BidX Intelligence runs on the current version of BidX. If your account is on the previous version of Discover, you'll see an upgrade prompt in the app. The upgrade takes minutes, your setup carries over, and BidX Intelligence is available immediately afterwards. If you'd rather have us walk you through it, contact support and we'll book it in.

Your Data:

Your advertising data is processed to generate your briefs and answers. It is not used to train any model. Access is scoped to the advertising profiles your BidX account can already see - nothing beyond that. Full detail in our privacy policy: https://www.bidx.io/en/privacy

What It Costs:

Nothing up until agents can actually act on your behalf. We're finalizing pricing in September. You'll hear the number from us before any account is charged, and nothing will be billed without you agreeing to it.
