Is the app free?

Yes, the application is an add-on tool for the for the BidX desktop version. There is no additional charge for BidX users.

I am a new user, can I register in the mobile application?

Although it is possible to register from the application, we recommend to register through the desktop application, since the connection with the amazon Selling Partner API . And access to seller and/or vendor central are not available in the mobile application.

Does the application have all its features as in the desktop version?

The features of the BidX app provide a quick look at the reports and charts of your campaigns performance.
It is also possible, with its multi-account functionality, to see the performance of all your clients.

How do I setup an account?

On the home screen of the Bidx mobile app, you must go to Create an account here.

Then you must follow 3 steps:

Create user (email) and password.
Fill out the form about your business.
You will be sent a confirmation email about the creation of the account.
Confirm the account creation
To get the Amazon data, go to the desktop application: app.bidx.io and enter the Seller and/or Vendor Central data and the Amazon API access.
