BidX Intelligence
BIDX INTELLIGENCE

The advertising team that reviews your account before you wake up.

BidX Intelligence puts a CRO, department heads and specialists on your account. Overnight they go through yesterday, find what moved and what broke, and leave you a ranked set of decisions. They explain the reasoning. You approve.

Daily brief

Yesterday, already understood.

Reconstructing yesterday means checking four different places: the campaign manager, the search-term report, the budget view, a spreadsheet. Then holding all of it in your head. BidX Intelligence does that overnight and writes it up: what changed, why, and what it's worth if you act on it.

Beyond automation

Your rules and automations do what you told them. This finds what you didn't.

Our automation is precise: it adjusts what it is pointed at. BidX Intelligence looks at everything else - demand showing up in a category you don't advertise, an ASIN converting organically with nothing defending it, a competitor who changed price on Tuesday, a search term quietly eating budget in a campaign that still looks healthy.

7 long-tail clusters, no coverage

Trending phrases with combined volume of 8.4k/mo that no campaign was bidding on.

8 ASINs organic, undefended

Converting on their own with no Sponsored Products protecting them from takeover.

CPC spike, caught overnight

A prospecting line jumped to $14.20 against baseline.

Your agents

A specialist for every part of the account.

A Keyword Researcher hunts down coverage gaps. Somewhere else, a Paid Search Specialist is auditing your campaign structure while a Head of Marketplace keeps an eye on organic exposure. All of it rolls up to a CRO who decides what actually deserves your attention, and you can always see what each agent did, when, and why.

Agents, that can be organized like a real department: heads of function above, specialists below. Every agent run is logged and inspectable, so you can always trace a recommendation back to the work behind it.

Chat

Ask in your own words.

Every question you would put to an analyst, put to your account instead. BidX Intelligence knows your full history - campaigns, keywords, bids, and every automated change BidX has made - and answers with your data, not a best practice.

“Why did my Total ACOS get worse this month even though ACOS improved?”

BidX Intelligence

Across every account you run.

For agencies and multi-brand sellers, it's the same team, just one level up. You get patterns across the whole portfolio and outliers flagged before they cost you a week. Ask it something and the answer spans every account, not just the one you're staring at.

“The biggest added value of BidX for us is the enormous time savings, simplified monitoring, and high transparency for our customers.”

Rick Heitmann, CEO & Co-Founder, A-Force

“We were able to use the saved time for a more detailed campaign structure, which in turn was rewarded with more sales and a lower ACOS.”

Markus Pfister, Head of Ecommerce, Lotuscrafts
Connected data

Ad data alone can't tell you if it worked.

BidX Intelligence reads your advertising data next to your actual sales, your market and your DSP so it can separate the sales your ads created from the ones you were going to get anyway, and answer in total business terms instead of campaign terms.

API connections in BidX Intelligence
Sellerboard and Slack connectors
Amazon Advertising API

Sponsored Products, Brands and Display - spend, bids, placements.

Selling Partner API

Full account sales, not just attributed ad sales. This is what makes TACoS and incremental sales real.

Search Query Performance

Impressions, clicks, add-to-carts and purchases per search query - where in the funnel you actually lose the shopper.

Keepa

Price, rating, review count, Best Seller Rank and estimated monthly units per ASIN, plus historical BSR - the market context behind a swing.

Amazon DSP

Display and video demand-side sales, read alongside Sponsored so upper funnel is not judged on last click.

Sellerboard Coming soon

COGS, fees and margin, so recommendations can be ranked on profit rather than revenue.

Slack Coming soon

Your morning brief and critical alerts delivered where the team already works.

MCP

Connect BidX to Claude, ChatGPT and more.

BidX speaks MCP. Connect your account to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible client and query your advertising data, campaign structure, total sales, search query performance and market data in plain language. Setup takes under a minute.

For the start: read-only, by design; it can analyze everything and change nothing. Access is scoped to the advertising profiles your BidX account can already see your bids, budgets and campaigns stay untouched.

Running on the same ISO 27001-certified infrastructure as the rest of BidX.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Does BidX Intelligence change anything in my campaigns?

Not in this release. It reads, analyzes and recommends - every change stays your call, or your existing BidX automation's. Acting on its own recommendations is what we are building next.

I do not see BidX Intelligence in my account.

It runs on the current version of BidX. If your account is on the previous version you will see an upgrade prompt - once you upgrade, BidX Intelligence is available immediately.

What happens to my data?

Your advertising data is processed to generate your briefs and answers. It is not used to train any model. Details are in our privacy policy.

Which marketplaces are covered?

Every marketplace already connected to your BidX account.

Does this work for agencies?

Yes. BidX Intelligence is built for it, and it works across every account in your portfolio.
